Responsibilities

Your main responsibility is to make sure our apps are ready for everything we will throw at them for the exciting times we have ahead of us. You will lead our mobile development, and make sure the team is set up for success.

• Be in charge of staffing our iOS/Andro app, and IoT apps
• Write great code together with your team
• Make sure we build solid apps for our users
  
• Own the mobile release pipeline and make it possible for us to move fast
• Be in charge of staffing mobile developers as we grow
  
• Motivate, delegate, train, and set your mobile team up for success
• Take responsibility for the architecture of our mobile apps
• Challenge what we're able to achieve using the Spiff platform 

Required Skills

• Solid experience with developing consumer-facing apps for iOS and Android (You can also help us with the ongoing discussion if we should move to Flutter or not 🤷🏻‍♂️)
• Strong familiarity with the respective Interface Guidelines
• Sense for beautiful design and UX
• Experience with both test automation and release pipelines

Bonus Skills

• Solid understanding of platforms and social networks that engage users 

• Writing server side code
• Fintech / financial integrations  
  
• Frontend, web extensions and API integrations 
  
• Want to change how people interact with their money
• Functional Norwegian language or in process of learning language
